The NJWA’s Chief Umpire Matt C. Brophy soaks up the sun on the beaches of Rio. Since umpires are not used in tournaments, Brophy is now head of International Relations. I think the NJWA is paying this guy too much, Rio!!!!

In Brazil soccer is the big sport, but many beach-goers were interested in what the guys were doing on the beach with the little yellow bat. There is still hope for Wiffle®Ball in the Olympics in Rio 2004.
